Daniel Finn
Founder and Director
Daniel founded Lewis+Behr in 2017 after over a decade advising on complex commercial transactions, M&A, and private equity investments. His background combines degrees in law, mathematics, and science from the University of Melbourne, enabling genuine fluency across commercial, technical, and regulatory dimensions.
Prior to Lewis+Behr, Daniel held senior roles at boutique firms focused on M&A and private equity, working on transactions including Navis Capital Partners' $146M acquisition and multiple private equity-backed deals across APAC.
Over the past three years, Daniel has built and deployed LLM-integrated workflows across client operations—from contract review pipelines to compliance monitoring systems. This hands-on technical experience informs Lewis+Behr's AI advisory practice.
Daniel also serves as a Non-Executive Director of Cultural Infusion, the world's largest workplace culture analytics platform, and as a board member of the Nepalese Dental Foundation.
